Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you access or use Herro, a workspace provided by PT Herro Solusi Digital (“Herro,” “we,” or “us”) for managing business conversations, customer records, orders, and related work. By creating an account or using Herro, you agree to these Terms. If you use Herro for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.

The Herro service

Herro provides tools that may include a shared inbox, WhatsApp Business connections, customer and product records, order workflows, reminders, reports, and AI-generated reply suggestions. Features may change as we maintain and improve the service. Any service levels or additional terms in a separate written agreement will also apply.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping sign-in credentials secure, and choosing who can access your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Workspace administrators are responsible for the access they grant to other users.

Your data and responsibilities

Your organization retains its rights in the information it adds to Herro. You authorize Herro to process that information as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, following your organization’s instructions and our Privacy Policy. Your organization is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide that information to Herro and to contact its customers.

Your organization must use Herro in line with applicable law and the terms that apply to any connected service. Do not use Herro to violate another person’s rights, send unlawful or unwanted communications, interfere with the service, or access an account or system without permission.

Connected services

If you connect WhatsApp, Accurate, or another provider, your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms and policies. Herro does not control third-party services, their availability, their decisions, or their handling of information under their terms.

AI features

AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them and use your own judgment before relying on them or sending them to a customer. Your organization remains responsible for its business decisions and communications.

Fees

If a Herro plan has a fee, the applicable amount and payment terms will be shown before you agree to that plan or in a separate written agreement. Meta or another connected provider may charge separately for its services.

Herro materials

Herro and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, and brand materials. These Terms allow you to use the service for your organization while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership of Herro materials to you.

Availability and account closure

We work to keep Herro reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict access when needed to protect users or the service, address misuse, or meet a legal requirement. A workspace administrator can manage user access. To request account closure or deletion of information, follow our data deletion instructions.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Herro is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every business need or operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Herro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These Terms do not limit any rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top when we publish a revised version. If you continue to use Herro after an update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
